Section 1

Apartment 1

This one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor. It is best suited for an owner who wants to use or let the apartment all year round. The special feature of this apartment is its huge terrace of more than 20 sq.m. which makes it ideal for barbequing with friends in summer or enjoying the winter sun in your deck chair.

Apartment 2

This apartment shares the same features with apartment 1 .

These two apartments are our greatest value for money bargains. The terrace for each of them is more than 20 sq.m.. They are not included in the calculated surfaces. And they come for free! When you buy Apartment 1 you get  a 105 sq.m. home at the price of 84 square meters.

Apartment 3 Apartment 3 has a very spacious and practical layout. It is already fully furnished with Bulgarian aristocraticstyle furniture that is included in the price. An excellent choice all around.

Apartments 11 and 14

These apartments share the same pleasant and bright layout. A nice big sitting room and two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen in Apartment 11 is not fitted yet and can be chosen from a wide range by the buyer (included in the price). The kitchen of Apartment 14 is with a contemporary light wood imitation surface.

Apartment 12 This is one of our few apartments left with a bath tub. The view from the terrace is very beautiful. The huge kitchen is of the traditional country style.

Apartment 18 Apartment 18 is great for a family with kids. The many big windows cover the rooms in a bright and Pleasant atmosphere. The separate additional toilet is a bonus. The kitchen is the buyers choice (included in the price). The price is a bargain.

Apartment 20 Basically all Pirin Lodge apartments are unique in their layout, but apartment 20 is very special. It has a huge very bright sitting room and an enormous terrace. The bedroom area is completely separated. A perfect place for entertaining. Another special feature of this apartment is that we have made the terrace about 15 sq.m. bigger than it looks on the floorplan. Which the buyer will get for free! A 13.500 EUR value!

Apartment 21 The sitting room and the balcony of this apartment face south-east – the warmest and sunniest direction all year round. It has an excellent spacey layout. One bonus – not shown on the floorplan is an additional 5 sq.m. entrance area. This is not included in the surface calculation and a present to the owner (a 6.750 EUR value) Apartment 24 This apartment emphasizes the living room. Apartment 33 These last apartments are the jewels of Pirin Lodge. Apartment 33 is like a cosy eagle nest on the top of Pirin Lodge. It has a very special atmosphere and a lovely view from its loggia. The entrance area has been made bigger than in the floor plan – a 7,000 EUR bonus to the buyer. Apartment 35 This apartment breathes a blend of individual charm and distinctive luxury.
