Ardmore Properties OOD is a Bulgarian registered company with European and Bulgarian principals.
Our name is inspired by a beautiful and unspoilt resort village in Co. Waterford, South of Ireland.

We develop outstanding apartments and residences in the most beautiful locations of Bulgaria.

We will start a development only if

it is in the prime location of the area
there is considerable future price appreciation and/or yield potential
it provides maximum value for money for our clients

Our developments are designed by award winning Bulgarian architects with international experience to ensure that Western standards and functionality are met while preserving the charm and style of local Bulgarian architecture.

We select only highest quality building and finishing materials, some from Bulgaria and some from abroad, depending on which offer the best solution not only for the current construction but also for its future maintenance.
